Our self defense classes, like most of our classes, are driven by the particular needs and risks of each client. Individuals lifestyles are as unique as each person, and threats and risks can change based on the individual.
We take a personal training approach to self defense. you are not going to be joined with a large group of other trainees and taught standardized techniques that fit well into the 60 minute block of time we may have together. You and your trainer(s) will look as some very determining factors in your needs, then move forward with the most relevant training for you.
Things that we will consider determining factors: Lifestyle, Mobility, Previous Injuries, Work Environment, Previous Experience, and others.
