Learn the foundations of self defense tailored to the type of situations women face. The course outline has been developed and based on both: first hand accounts and intervention in violent altercations against women and documented trends seen in violent encounters against women.
The overall mission of this course is to build a solid foundation of your self defense mindset and physical abilities. We aim to transform any fears to ACTION in the unfortunate event you are faced with violence.
This course does require physical activities and adverse situations, so please share any concerns that you may have.
Foundational Classes are twice weekly for 12 weeks. You have the option to attend either or both classes weekly. Training pace will be set based on your personal progression, so we would always encourage attending both classes per week if available.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30pm-7:00pm
July: 18th, 20th, 25th, & 27th,
August: 1st, 3rd, 8th, 10th, 15th, 17th, 22nd, 24th , 29th, & 31st
Sept: 5th, 7th, 12th, 14th, 19th, 21st, 26th, & 28th
Oct: 3rd & 5th
